Well as a new week starts, so do two new challenge groups! I will officially be starting a new round of the 21 Day Fix this week with some amazing challengers and I can’t wait to share my results with you.

Remember I am training for a full marathon in addition to the 21 Day Fix, so I’m adding in a lot more cardio than what the program calls for. I’ve used the quickstart guide to help me add those extra burned calories into my day and determine my number of containers.
Day 1 – Total Body Cardio Fix
Day 2 – 4.5 miles easy + 1 moderately hard mile; Upper Fix
Day 3 – 5 miles easy; Lower Fix
Day 4 – 5.5 miles with 8 30-second sprints; Pilates Fix
Day 5 – Cardio Fix
Day 6 – 10 miles; Dirty 30
Day 7 – Yoga Fix
