It is finally here and I am so excited – the Max 30 test group is starting tomorrow! I can’t wait to dive into this new program and see the results. I have decided to take a break from my Body Beast routine and devote the next two months to Shaun T and finishing my marathon training. One of the main reasons is because of all of the travelling I have coming up in the next few weeks. While Body Beast is a fantastic program for building muscle and getting big results, it does require a lot of equipment – something I can’t travel with! Insanity Max 30 requires no equipment and can travel easily.
Here’s the skinny on this new program:
What is Insanity Max 30? This is a 30 minute, at home workout designed to get max results in 60 days by combining killer cardio workouts and Tabata-style strength workouts.
Who should do it? Anyone who wants to lose weight, get MAX results in minimum amount of time, or those who are looking to push themselves to the MAX!
What are the benefits of this program?
· Each workout challenges you to push to your limit, record your time, and work to beat that time in the next workout. This endurance challenge is what provides insane results in just 60 days.
· It is only 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.
· There is a modifier for every move, allowing anyone in any physical condition to complete the program.
· It requires ZERO equipment and very little space.
Now onto the nutrition piece! We all know that achieving the results you want come down to exercise AND good eating habits. The Insanity Max 30 nutrition guide is SUPER simple and is very similar to the 21 Day Fix plan. There are two different plans, A & B. I am doing Plan B because I weigh over 150 pounds. This means that I get a certain number of proteins, fruits, carbs, veggies, healthy fats, and dressings a day. This balance is designed to help you stay full all day, get the energy you need to perform in your workouts, and achieve the weight loss goals you may have. You can change plans anytime during the program and even enjoy a substitution once a week like frozen yogurt or wine!
