With my nutrition in check it's time for me to embark on a new fitness journey - Body Beast! I was so happy with my results from Les Mills Pump over the summer, providing me with my first glimpse of muscle definition. Since starting my marathon training, the muscles that I gained a few months ago have started fading away :( That means its time to get back to work and build it back! Here is some information about this great Beachbody program:
What is Body Beast? A program that is designed to build extreme muscle with dynamic set training. Dynamic set training combines single sets, super sets, giant sets, progression sets, drop sets, tempo sets, and more, with added resistance. This is designed to exhaust the muscles and activate more muscle fibers.
What comes with Body Beast? The base kit comes with 12 workouts, program guide, nutritional plan, and a workout calendar.
Why am I doing Body Beast? To build muscle strength that will add definition to my figure and provide me with the needed strength to push through my marathon training.
